Managing Schedules

 

WFO Live analyzes information from the forecasts generated and allows you to create schedules that meet the requirements of each forecast. You can automatically generate schedules that meet your staff's preferences and your business needs, and you can easily modify schedules as needed. The system instantly identifies how schedule changes affect your ability to meet the service levels. 

You can create or modify a shift profile that contains different workable shifts, and set the time of breaks and lunches taken within a shift. In addition, you can define full-time and part-time shifts and print schedules whenever required.
